Working Here - Our Culture

We've been in business since June 2000. We've learned a lot since then and have recently decided to reinvent our business to better fit what we really want from it. This includes the core of who we are and what we do.

In the past we often hired primarily for skills and knowledge. While these things are important, we've grown and come to realize that these things are not enough. A business is at its core, the sum of its people. Great businesses have a shared mission, a defined culture and hire first and foremost for fit and talent.

We also believe that all good relationships, including those with employees, are based on honest and open communication. As much as we want to find the right person for the right roles; you should want to find the right organization and the right roles to fit your talents and career path. So to accomplish both, we will tell you what those expectations are.
